This 3 hour workshop is a collaboration between yourself and our executive team; it is detailed and intensive and crucial to developing the most effective and efficient marketing strategy and subsequent work plan for your individual business.
With the data collected from the previous steps our team will deliver the following bespoke items for your review:
- Complete, measurable and costed Marketing Strategy
- Minutely detailed Work Plan for all staffing positions required
- Execution Plan including a timeline of actionable times with milestones, KPI's and a recommended review schedule to keep your new marketing department on track.
