Amanda brings more than a decade of experience across digital marketing, business strategy, and operational systems. Before specialising in AI automation, she worked in strategic sales, digital growth, and account management, giving her a grounded understanding of how businesses function from the inside out. She has supported companies across Australia and Brazil, helping them optimise workflow, improve customer acquisition systems, and build digital processes that support long-term growth. Her background in marketing and business has shaped her ability to see both the strategic picture and the operational detail - a perspective she now applies to automation design. Amanda holds a Marketing and Business Diploma, along with advanced studies in English and communication, and has spent the past several years refining her expertise in AI-powered tools, workflow mapping, and automated business architecture.
