Biography

Ulia began her communication journey through a six-month internship with The 1O1 Bali Fontana Hotel, where she planned and produced content for various hospitality outlets, developed editorial calendars, created promotional campaigns, and collaborated closely with design and digital teams to maintain brand consistency. She also produced video and recap content that strengthened the hotel’s online visibility and engagement. Her experience extends into cultural and public events through her involvement with Jegeg Bagus Gianyar, where she contributed to event concepts, technical coordination, scheduling, and inter-team communication. Her ability to move between creative work and structured execution is one of her strongest assets. Ulia is fluent in English and Indonesian, comfortable with content and productivity tools, and is known for her organisation, adaptability, and curiosity. As part of LBC, she is continuing to grow her skills in communication, storytelling, and community-aligned content.
