Biography

Edwin is the Founder of Umah Pupa, a social enterprise utilising Black Soldier Fly (BSF) technology to transform organic waste into high-value protein sources and contribute to a circular food system. Alongside his entrepreneurial work, he spent over a decade as a specialised tax consultant, advising international and domestic companies on Indonesian tax regulation, transfer pricing, documentation, and dispute resolution. His career includes senior roles such as Transfer Pricing Manager at Deloitte Southeast Asia, Lecturer at the University of Indonesia, and Tax Specialist for Bali-based companies. He holds a Master’s Degree in International & European Tax Law from Maastricht University (StuNed Scholarship) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fiscal Administration from the University of Indonesia.
