Muhammad Irpan is the Field Officer at Live Better Creatives, bringing practical experience, intuition, and a calm, grounded presence to the daily rhythm of our projects. Born and raised in Kalibata, Jakarta - a neighbourhood that evolved from a village into a dense urban hub - Irpan developed the adaptability and work ethic that now define his approach to fieldwork. At LBC, Irpan supports operations across the Saba Estate and Kelebutan sites. His role spans gardening and landscaping, household operations, sourcing, transport, on-ground coordination, and general field support. He works closely with Pak Dewa, Pak Yanto, and the Dwa Chandra grounds team, helping ensure that the land, the people, and the projects all move in sync.

Biography

Irpan’s experience comes from lived work, not theory. Before joining LBC, he built a foundation in operational roles where reliability and initiative carried real weight. Since stepping into the Saba Estate development, he has grown into a versatile field operator, balancing hands-on tasks with the awareness needed to support a multi-layered ecosystem. He is known for his humility, willingness to learn, and steady consistency, qualities that allow him to integrate seamlessly with both leadership and on-site teams. Irpan’s ability to read the needs of a space, solve practical problems, and adapt as the project evolves has made him a trusted part of LBC’s operations.
