Nada Elrhalami is a community-builder, storyteller, and purpose-driven facilitator based in New York. As LBC’s USA Account Executive and Host of The Purpose Studio podcast, she brings a grounded, empathetic approach to conversations that explore the inner worlds of founders, creatives, and changemakers. Her work centres on creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate meaningful work. With a background spanning peacebuilding, partnerships, and creative strategy, Nada connects human experience with practical insight - helping clients move from intention to aligned action.

Biography

Nada holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs (Peacebuilding) from New York University and is currently completing her MBA. Her career has taken her across mission-focused organisations, impact-driven startups, and community-centred initiatives, where she has worked at the intersection of social impact, learning, and collaboration. Through roles in peace education, partnerships, and program coordination, Nada has helped diverse teams bring clarity to their ideas, strengthen relationships, and build projects rooted in purpose. At LBC, she brings this same depth to her work: leading thoughtful conversations on The Purpose Studio, supporting client relationships in the US market, and helping translate founder stories into meaningful narratives that resonate.
