Having held leadership roles across both Australia and Brazil, Nayara understands how to connect teams and opportunities across cultures and markets. At LBC, Nayara supports business development and partnership outreach, helping connect the right collaborators, clients, and opportunities. She brings energy, clarity, and a talent for understanding what people need.

Biography

Nayara’s background blends customer research, strategic marketing, and commercial leadership. She has held senior roles across Australia, leading initiatives in brand strategy, digital transformation, and cross-team collaboration. Her work has consistently been recognised for its clarity, impact, and ability to bring structure to complex environments. Nayara holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Advertising and Business/Corporate Communications from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. She has further specialised through advanced programs in Digital Transformation & Leadership (Escola Conquer) and Product Management & Marketing for technology-based products (Product Focus). She also completed General Assembly’s intensive Product Management program, gaining hands-on experience in market research, product strategy, agile methodologies, and analytics. Additional diplomas in Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Business, and Theatre for Executives add a unique blend of creativity and strategic depth to her work.
