Riri is an Indonesian lawyer specialising in corporate structuring, investment strategy, and dispute resolution. She advises clients on cross-border transactions, foreign investment frameworks, and complex multi-party arrangements across both established and emerging sectors in the Indonesian market. With a practice built on both transactional precision and strategic thinking, she serves as lead counsel on matters requiring the integration of legal, commercial, and regulatory considerations.

Biography

Riri holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Health & Medical Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws (Cum Laude) from the University of Indonesia. Her career spans legal consultancy, cross-border advisory, lecturing, and leadership roles within Indonesian law firms. She has worked across corporate transactions, investment structures, regulatory compliance, healthcare law, and data protection, while also teaching transnational and cyber law at the university level. Riri is an admitted attorney under PERADI and a Certified Data Protection Officer, bringing both academic depth and practical insight to her legal work.
