The Challenge
AgUnity develops digital tools that allow smallholder farmers in developing regions to track transactions, build trust, and access markets. Despite its transformative potential, the organisation needed a stronger brand identity and clearer communications to reach investors, partners, and farmer cooperatives across global markets.
Our Approach
We collaborated closely with AgUnity’s leadership to refine a go-to-market strategy that positioned the platform as both innovative and accessible to everyday users. This included designing and launching a new global website that clearly demonstrated the value of AgUnity’s digital tools through an intuitive user experience.
Alongside this, we managed LinkedIn communications and targeted email outreach to increase visibility, spark meaningful engagement, and support wider platform adoption.
The Impact
Our work helped AgUnity establish a consistent, human-centred brand identity that clearly communicated its role in improving productivity, transparency, and market access for smallholder farmers. With refined brand guidelines, AgUnity could maintain clarity and cohesion across digital platforms, partnerships, and stakeholder communications as it continued to scale.
The new website became the organisation’s global communications hub - a central point for investors, NGOs, and cooperatives to understand, engage with, and adopt the platform. Paired with strengthened social and email outreach, AgUnity saw increased visibility, digital engagement, and momentum in key regions.
